In our Talent Acquisition Team, we are looking for a passionate Team Lead (all genders). In this role, you will support and enable the team, you are also responsible for operational and strategic development, not only in Recruiting but also in Employer Branding. As part of the team, you also support operational recruitment. An essential part of your leadership function is to support the personal development of each team member. • You steer the entire Talent Acquisition team in its operational areas without losing sight of our strategic targets
• You build a holistic Talent Acquisition strategy, ensure its operationalization and translate it into clear projects and priorities for different stakeholder groups
• Moreover, you drive the development of efficient and effective company-wide recruiting structures
• An important part of your role is the development and leadership of all members of the team, ranging from Working students to Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
• Additionally, you improve the collaboration between internal and external functions and stakeholders, such as P&C Business Partners and People Operations, but also with the leadership team at flaconi
• You enable the team to work data-driven by building, improving and communicating the relevant KPIs
• You own recruiting processes yourself to support the team if needed

• Completed studies, ideally with a focus on Human Resources management
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition as well as several years of experience in a disciplinary leadership role
• Willingness and enthusiasm to encourage and support the team members in their personal and professional development
• A deep understanding of modern talent attraction and selection methods and techniques, as well as knowledge of recruiting strategies and correlated KPIs
• Excellent communication skills, combined with an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working with enjoyment of constant process optimisation and dynamic change
• Tech-savvy nature combined with project management skills
• Fluent in either English or German, with excellent communication skills in the other language (German or English)

• Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 59,000€ and 76,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
