What is the purpose of this role?

To act as a trusted advisor to Real Estate Solutions (RES) and DSC business, VP HR and regional HR contacts, partnering with members of these teams to provide guidance on HR solutions. You will be able to support business goals, influence the strategic direction of the business balanced with the employee perspective and ensure HR services are delivered to drive business performance.

To align HR activities to the business strategy you will need to partner with members of the business management team, as well as working with the Regional HR community to ensure consistency in deployment of programmes and HR Services.

What are the key responsibilities of this role?

  • Active partnering and bringing in resources with regional/ country HR teams and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to implement HR solutions that meet the distinctive business challenges and needs of the RES team e.g. in the area of Talent Management as well as Compensation & Benefits
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with HR colleagues within Global, in-country HR, CoEs and Shared Services
  • Manage data, ensure data quality and deliver HR processes along the HR life cycle (e.g. bonus and merit review, Talent Management, Development Reviews, annual performance process for employees)
  • Provide people and workforce related advice and solutions related to workforce planning, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation and succession planning
  • Active coordination and alignment with regional/ country HR teams/ CoEs for HR support and identify potential gaps in services to be an active participant with the solution
  • Understand the local business/functional context, issues and challenges to provide specific advice to business managers
  • Coach business leaders and people managers in order to increase management capability
  • Support managers with hiring process, contracts and onboarding of new employees
  • Acts as role model and advocate of organizational culture and values

What do we need from you?

  • Minimum 5 years of HR related experience, preferably within a regional role.
  • Exposure across all key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER/IR, etc.
  • Proven experience of managing multiple senior stakeholders
  • High level of flexibility and performance orientation as well as enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure
