What you'll do:
- You analyse and understand business processes, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- You collaborate closely with stakeholders across different teams to gather requirements, structure challenges, and translate business needs into clear solutions.
- You investigate existing workflows, data flows, and operational structures to create transparency and support informed decision-making.
- You support strategic and operational projects from problem definition through implementation.
- You document processes, requirements, and business rules in a structured and comprehensible way.
- You support the optimization and standardization of business processes and help establish scalable ways of working across the organization.
- You are currently studying Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related Technical field.
- You combine strong analytical thinking with a genuine interest in understanding how businesses operate.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy investigating how systems, processes, and data flows interact across an organization.
- Experience with tools such as GitHub, Claude Code, SQL, or similar platforms is a plus.
- You work in a structured and solution-oriented way, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- You are highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- You learn quickly and enjoy exploring unfamiliar topics across different business domains.
- You speak fluent English, German is a plus.
