Change Management Professional (*)

Ihre AufgabenIhre AufgabenJoin DB Schenker's Global Technology, Architecture and Cross-Functional IT team. We are responsible for DB Schenker Technology Management, Global Enterprise Architecture and Information Management, Global Internal Digitalization, IT for Schenker Global Business Services, Global HR IT, Global Finance IT and the management of cross functional demands and projects. We are looking forward to you taking over the responsibility for our Global Internal Digitalization team.Responsible for developing & supporting IT internal transformation & communication planning & activities (change/communication approaches, workshops, etc). Role comprises design, preparation and execution of change management & communication measures within our strategic initiatives under consideration of overall impact & cultural sensitivity to change. Change Management Professional serves as the key point of contact for content or function specific communication measures as well as for corporate alignment. He/She gives functional guidance in alignment with disciplinary manager regarding change & communica-tion topics.Your tasks:
  • Implementation & operationalization of a change & communication architecture
  • Provide tools & techniques to ensure transparency, communication and collaboration throughout transformation processes
  • Provide consulting regarding best practice approaches for communication channels and change management activities
  • Ensures that organizational change activities are conducted, that dependencies with other imple-mentation activities are identified
  • Development of change & communication strategy, plan and concept
  • Drive out specific change tasks and deliverables, and facilitate organizational change events when required
  • Conduct & support change management / transformation workshops as well as knowledge transfer
  • Conduct follow-up good practice and knowledge sharing
  • Design, preparation and execution of change management & communication measures
AnforderungenAnforderungenYour Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in related business areas or equivalent work experience
  • Several years of relevant work experience
  • Requires first experience in supervising and building relationships with people at different levels
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong relationship management
  • Strong self-initiative and analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn and flexibility
  • Commitment to quality
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
