We are a Cologne-based PropTech startup digitising communication between tenants and property management companies in Germany.
We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to help us grow as a founding member. You will be the first sales hire, working directly with the founder.
What you will do:
• Acquire property management companies - by phone, in person, and online
• Run product demos and onboard early customers
• Attend regional real estate events and industry networks
What you need:
• Professionally fluent German at C2 level, both written and spoken, as all customer communication takes place in German
• Genuine enjoyment of direct customer contact - on the phone and face-to-face
• Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently
• Experience in sales or real estate is a plus, but not required

Location: Cologne, NRW (remote possible)
Salary: €2.500,00 per month + commission
