Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (f/m/d)

Join MHP as a Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors and play a key role in advancing our projects and implementing innovative solutions. You will lead design sessions, implement and configure SuccessFactors modules, provide post-go-live support, and build strong client relationships.

• Lead design sessions with clients, translating business requirements into technical solutions and providing guidance on best practices.
• Take the lead in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors modules, including business process analysis, system setup, and supporting junior colleagues.
• Provide post-go-live support, user training, and system/process documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor in HR transformation and system implementation.

• A completed degree or at least 2-3 years of professional experience in consulting.
• Passion for consulting and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or SAP SuccessFactors Certification is a plus.
• Confident presence as a trusted advisor for clients and internal teams.

• Start:

  By agreement - always at the beginning of a month

• Working hours:

  Full-time (40h); 30 vacation days
