Tasks
- Support in advising and assisting clients in the housing industry throughout the entire project lifecycle - from requirements gathering to the implementation of our solutions
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities
- Analyze client processes and requirements and contribute to the development of suitable solution concepts
- Support the implementation of our SaaS product Wodis Yuneo
- Contribute to the analysis of existing systems and processes to identify optimization potential
- Independently prepare and deliver training sessions, as well as support onboarding of customer teams after go-live and during ongoing operations
- Build functional expertise in one or more modules of our SaaS solution Wodis Yuneo (e.g. condominium management, financial accounting, or other areas of the housing industry
- Completed vocational training or a degree, ideally in real estate or the housing industry (e.g. property manager) or a comparable field
- Initial practical experience in the housing industry, e.g. in condominium management, property management, or through internships/working student roles
- Basic understanding of key processes such as property management, e.g. accounting, service charge billing, third-party management, etc.
- Interest in digital solutions and SaaS products, with motivation to learn new topics
- Structured, detail-oriented working style and analytical mindset
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner when interacting with clients
- Willingness to travel (approx. 70%)
- Very good German and good English skills
