YOUR TASKS
- Ensure that all project on-site activities comply with general Nordex QHSE regulations and specific QHSE regulations for construction sites
- Ensure compliance with Nordex's processes
- Manage the activities and tasks site-related during the execution readiness process
- Manage the day-to-day on-site operations, including the initial site set-up until project completion
- Ensure the execution and compliance of the contracts with suppliers and customers.
- Manage the whole construction activities to meet deadline, cost, quality, safety and environmental requirements
- Manage the relationship with the customer at the site level in alignment with the Project Manager
- Management of customer expectations, and establish, maintain and building good relations with clients as well as their representatives
- Contract and relationship management with subcontractors, suppliers and providers delivering their scope of work on site
- Coordinate their team on-site to deliver the scope of work
- Undertake all relevant training and development activities as required r Contribute to lessons learnt and continuous improvement
- Monitor the daily productivity on site including the sub-contractor performance, resource levels and quality of works in progress
- Report internally as defined in the Governance plan
- Ensure completion of all Nordex close-out documentation at project completion

YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Materials Science, Energy Engineering
- Other degrees will be considered proving an extensive experience in the wind industry (5 to 7 years)
- Internal lT-systems and tools e,g.; SAP; BIC; Upvise; ServiceNow; Campus; NXTranslator; Windchill; Team Center; Webinar; Quentic; CEIS
