In our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you.
TASKS WITH IMPACT- Analysis, evaluation and commentary on international business and financial performance, including forecast, budget and scenario planning
- Commercial business partnering for international subsidiaries and derivation of sound decision-making bases for management
- Integration and further development of ESG requirements within our controlling and reporting structures
- Collaboration on CSRD and EU Taxonomy topics and ensuring a consistent ESG data foundation
- Analysis and commentary on financial and non-financial KPIs as part of the annual financial statements and reporting process
- Further development of our reporting standards and close collaboration with auditors and international stakeholders

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
- Successfully completed degree with a focus on controlling, finance, sustainability, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in controlling, consulting, or auditing
- Confident use of BI tools and multidimensional reporting systems
- Ideally, experience with regulatory ESG requirements (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, ESRS)
- High level of initiative and enjoyment of working in a dynamic, international environment
- Very good written and spoken English skills
