Salary: £20,000 basic (increasing with length of service) + OTE £60,000+
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a driven and motivated Sales Executive to join a successful and growing team based in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for a target-driven individual looking to build a rewarding career in sales, with strong earning potential and progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
* Delivering a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
* Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Managing enquiries both in person and over the phone
* Maintaining accurate records and following up on leads
Salary & Benefits
* Basic salary starting from £20,000 (with increases based on length of service)
* Realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £60,000+
* Top performers earning up to £70,000
* Commission top-up provided during the initial months if minimum earnings are not achieved

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00
* Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
* Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00
You will receive:
* One day off during the week
* One rota’d Saturday off
* Work every other Sunday

* Confident, motivated, and professional
* Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
