We're recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced workplace environment where no two days are the same. This is a fantastic opportunity to support operations of a small on-site team and build valuable experience within a well-established organisation.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating and supporting a small team of multi-skilled operatives
Building strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, landlords, and service providers
Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring service standards are met
Assisting with financial and administrative processes
Supporting business continuity and incident management procedures
Producing reports and providing operational support on projects
Helping deliver KPI and SLA targets across the site
What we're looking for
Experience in an administrative, operational support, facilities, or similar role
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure
Confident decisionmaker with strong leadership and people management skills
Desirable experience
Facilities Management experience
Engineering helpdesk or engineering operations knowledge
Experience managing contractors or coordinating service providersWhy apply?
