Our client, a leading organisation in the education sector, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. Location: Liverpool, L3 5AE
Contract Type: Temporary
Salary: £14.14 per hour
Working Days: Monday to Sunday
Hours: 25 hours per week
Shift Pattern:

8 AM to 2 PM
2 PM to 8 PM
9 AM to 5 PMKey Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for visitor. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Welcoming visitors warmly and addressing a variety of inquiries at the reception desk.
Efficiently distributing mail and parcels to maintain smooth operations.
Conducting health and safety checks to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
Reporting repairs and responding promptly to operational issues as they arise.
Performing room and kitchen inspections to uphold high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
Leading engaging open day tours to showcase the organisation's exceptional facilities.
Assisting the domestic team during conferencing events and quick turnover periods.What We're Looking For:

Our client is on the lookout for candidates who possess:

A personable manner with excellent communication skills to connect with visitors and colleagues alike.
Strong team ethics and a collaborative spirit to foster a positive working environment.
A minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including English Language.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook to manage daily tasks efficiently.
