What will you be doing?
As a Supply Primary Teacher, your role will vary depending on the school, year group and needs of the pupils. You may:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum
* Plan and adapt learning activities to meet pupils’ individual needs
* Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
* Manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning habits
* Assess pupils’ progress and provide feedback to support their development
* Support pupils with additional learning needs and adapt teaching approaches accordingly
* Promote pupils’ confidence, independence and social development
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and other members of the school community
* Follow school policies, curriculum expectations and safeguarding procedures
What we're looking for
We’re looking for Primary Teachers who are:
* Qualified Teachers with UK-recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
* Caring, patient and committed to pupils’ progress and wellbeing
* Reliable, professional and well organised
* Adaptable and confident working in different school environments
* Skilled in classroom management and promoting positive behaviour
* Able to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and school staff
* Confident adapting lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider school team
