What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be responsible for finding and engaging top talent before anyone else.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Sourcing candidates using leading job boards and Boolean search techniques.
* Headhunting candidates through LinkedIn and social media.
* Building and maintaining talent pools for current and future vacancies.
* Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews.
* Understanding candidates' experience, motivations and career aspirations.
* Writing and posting engaging job adverts.
* Sending targeted email, SMS and WhatsApp recruitment campaigns.
* Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting them throughout the recruitment process.
* Keeping our CRM updated with accurate candidate information.
* Working closely with our Recruitment Consultants to fill vacancies quickly and efficiently.
* Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through to placement.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking to people, is naturally organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Essential
* Previous recruitment, resourcing, sales or customer service experience.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Confident speaking on the telephone.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Positive, self-motivated and driven to succeed.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
