How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Our client is an established organisation operating within the infrastructure engineering and built environment sectors, delivering complex infrastructure projects. Its Work Winning team plays an important role in identifying new business opportunities and supporting the successful delivery of bids and tenders to drive continued business growth.
    Overview on the Role:
Our client is seeking an approachable, energetic and professional individual who enjoys being at the centre of a busy team. You'll be enthusiastic, adaptable and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure. A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential as you'll be working closely with colleagues across the business to help deliver successful bids and keep the Work Winning team running smoothly.
This is a varied role combining executive support, bid and tender coordination, document management and general office administration. You will play an important part in supporting business development activities, helping to manage bids and tenders from initial enquiry through to submission and ensuring deadlines and documentation requirements are met. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple priorities, communicating with stakeholders across the business and maintaining a high standard of accuracy in a fast paced environment.
    Key Responsibilities:
    * Provide administrative and coordination support to the Work Winning team throughout the bid and tender process, including processing EOIs, PQQs and ITTs, coordinating responses and liaising with internal departments to prepare tender submissions.
    * Manage bid documentation, electronic filing systems, tender folders and submission deadlines, including issuing and chasing subcontractor enquiries, maintaining trackers and uploading completed tenders to client portals.
    * Provide diary management and organisational support to the Work Winning Director, coordinating team calendars, annual leave, meetings and key deadlines.
    * Liaise with the People and Culture team to obtain CVs and prepare company profiles for tender submissions.
    * Maintain and distribute updated project lists, ensuring shared folders and documents remain accurate, accessible and up to date.
    About You
    * Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Bid Coordinator, Bid Administrator or similar administrative role.
    * Experience managing executive diaries, coordinating bids or tenders and maintaining business documentation.
    * Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
    * Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    * The confidence to liaise with colleagues, clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders professionally.
Interested in this opportunity? If you have strong organisational skills, experience in executive support or bid coordination and enjoy managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, apply directly today to be considered for this Working Winning Executive Assistant role.
