Our client is an established home care provider with an exceptional reputation, having maintained an Outstanding CQC rating for over a decade.
They are seeking an experienced Care Supervisor to support, mentor and develop care professionals while ensuring customers receive the highest standards of care in their own homes.
The Role
Support, coach and mentor care professionals.
Conduct spot checks, observations and quality assurance visits.
Support new starters with induction and ongoing development.
Build positive relationships with customers and their families.
Identify improvements and help maintain compliance.
Work closely with the management team to deliver excellent care.
About You
Experience in domiciliary care is essential.
Strong knowledge of care delivery and best practice.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Supportive, approachable and confident in coaching others.
Highly organised, professional and solution-focused.
Passionate about improving care quality and developing teams.
