Our client is looking for a friendly, confident and organised individual to help families access outstanding care at home while building strong relationships within the local community.
The Role
Meet customers and families to discuss their care needs.
Guide new customers through consultations and onboarding.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Build relationships with healthcare professionals, charities and local organisations.
Develop referral networks and raise awareness of the service.
This role is split approximately 50% customer experience and 50% community networking and new client generation.
