Renault Retail Group is looking for a Van Sales Executive to join our Renault Pro+ Bristol dealership at Castle Court, St Philips Causeway, Bristol BS4 3AX.
You'll be joining a customer-focused Sales Team specialising in Renault's Light Commercial Vehicle range, helping local businesses, tradespeople, fleet operators and van users find the right vehicle solution for their needs.
Representing Renault Pro+, you'll work with customers purchasing vehicles such as the Kangoo, Trafic and Master ranges, supporting them throughout the buying journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
What You'll Do
Engage with customers in the showroom and understand their business and vehicle requirements
Present and demonstrate Renault's Light Commercial Vehicle range, including petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric models where applicable
Arrange and conduct customer test drives
Prepare quotations and vehicle proposals tailored to customer operational and budget requirements
Introduce finance, insurance, warranties, service plans and protection products in a professional and FCA-compliant manner
Manage customer enquiries, follow-up activities and vehicle orders through to handover
Maintain accurate customer records using dealership systems and CRM platforms
Support customers throughout their purchasing journey whilst delivering a professional and customer-focused experience
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates with recent automotive retail sales experience, ideally gained within a franchised dealership environment.
You'll ideally demonstrate:
Experience in vehicle sales, van sales, commercial vehicle sales or automotive retail sales
A professional and customer-focused approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries effectively
Confidence presenting vehicles, finance products and value-added services
Experience selling Light Commercial Vehicles would be advantageous, although candidates with strong passenger vehicle sales experience will also be considered.
Driving Licence Requirement: A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles) is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be required to conduct customer test drives and drive demonstrator and stock vehicles as part of their day-to-day duties.
Hours & Pay
You will work an average of 45 hours per week.
Working hours are Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 6:00pm and Saturday between 8:30am and 12:30pm.
Saturday forms part of the normal working week and is balanced by a half-day during the week, creating a typical 5-day working pattern.
Basic salary is £23,000 pa with OTE of £45,000 pa that is achievable and regularly reached.
A company car is provided.
