Are you a true hunter who thrives on winning new business?
We're looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager with proven BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) sales experience to drive new logo acquisition and accelerate growth.
This is not an account management role.
We're seeking a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term strategic clients.
You'll have the autonomy to build your own pipeline, target key decision-makers, and win complex outsourced service contracts.
The Business Development Manager Role
As a New Logo BDM, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new customers across sectors requiring outsourced customer service, contact centre, customer experience, sales support, back-office, or business process solutions.
Key responsibilities of this Business Development Manager include:
Generating and converting new business opportunities
Developing and executing strategic sales plans
Targeting C-suite stakeholders including CEOs, COOs, Customer Experience Directors, Operations Directors, and Procurement teams
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and close
Building a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, social selling, and outbound activity
Delivering compelling presentations and solution proposals
Working closely with operational and solution design teams to create tailored client solutions
Achieving and exceeding ambitious new business revenue targetsAbout You as a Business Development Manager
We're interested in ambitious sales professionals who can demonstrate:
Proven success selling BPO, contact centre outsourcing, customer service outsourcing, CX solutions, back-office services, or managed services
A track record of winning new logo business
Experience generating opportunities through proactive business development activity
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
The ability to engage senior decision-makers and influence stakeholders
Experience managing complex sales cycles and six-figure-plus deals
A consultative sales approach with excellent presentation skills
High levels of resilience, drive, and self-motivation
