How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Opportunity

Our client, a leading super-prime construction company, is seeking a creative and proactive Design & Marketing Executive to join its growing marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on creative professional to take ownership of a wide range of design and digital marketing projects, helping to strengthen the company’s brand and online presence. The role will involve producing high-quality graphics, video content, photography, written content and marketing materials across digital and print platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    *

Graphic Design: Create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, tender documents, case studies, presentations, infographics, event materials and digital assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

    *

Social Media: Develop and publish engaging content showcasing projects, company culture, technical expertise and key milestones across relevant social media platforms.

    *

Video & Photography: Plan and deliver photo and video shoots, including visits to construction sites, and coordinate with external photographers and suppliers where required.

    *

Website Management: Maintain and update website content, blogs, project imagery and company news, with a focus on search visibility and digital best practice.

    *

Marketing Analytics: Monitor social media and campaign performance, prepare reports and use insights to improve future content and engagement.

    *

Events: Support the planning and delivery of company events, including creative production, administration and logistics.

    *

General Marketing: Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team and contribute to wider business and cross-departmental projects.

    Requirements

    *

Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, multimedia, marketing or a related discipline.

    *

At least three years’ experience in a hands-on design or marketing role, with a strong portfolio of creative content.

    *

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro, alongside Canva.

    *

Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, photography and image retouching.

    *

Excellent attention to detail, organisation and written and verbal communication skills.

    *

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workloads and work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

    *

A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn, develop and embrace feedback.

    *

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365.

Experience within construction, property, architecture, interior design, luxury retail, hospitality or another premium service environment would be advantageous.

Familiarity with WordPress, Asana, AI-powered creative tools and digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads would also be beneficial. Experience with MiniMax Audio is desirable but not essential.

    The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be creative, organised and commercially aware, with a keen eye for detail and an interest in luxury design and the built environment. They will be comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, bringing fresh ideas and helping to elevate the company’s marketing output across all channels
