How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About Ricoh

A global leader in digital services, recognised for innovation, sustainability and a people-first culture. We feature in the Gartner Magic Quadrant, are listed in the Global 100 Most Sustainable Companies, and have been named one of Forbes' World's Best Employers 2025.

At Ricoh, we believe people do their best work when they feel valued and supported. We create inclusive workplaces where you can grow, contribute, and make a positive impact while helping to build a more sustainable future.

Find your place. Transform your future

Our purpose is centred on understanding and improving how people work. By focusing on real working experiences, we support individuals to develop their skills, realise their potential and do work that feels meaningful.

People transform when they Love What They Do

This belief sits at the heart of The Ricoh Promise. It guides how we recruit, how we support our people, and how we work together every day, creating an environment where you can grow, feel valued and make a difference.

When you join us, you are encouraged to share your ideas, challenge the way things are done, and work with others to build something better. If you are looking for a place where your voice is heard, your development is supported, and your work feels meaningful, you will feel at home at Ricoh.

    What you will be doing

As Enterprise AI Product Owner, you will own the product vision, roadmap, backlog and lifecycle for Ricoh EMEA's enterprise AI products and services.

Working closely with our AI Product Team and AI Centre of Excellence, you will bring together stakeholders across the business, architecture, data, security, risk, compliance and technology delivery to translate opportunities into clearly defined products and outcomes.

You will play a key role in prioritising demand, balancing business value with technical feasibility, cost, security, data readiness and responsible AI considerations. Just as importantly, you will help ensure the AI capabilities we develop deliver measurable value and can be successfully adopted and reused across the organisation.

Own and develop the product vision, roadmap and backlog for enterprise AI products, services, agents and reusable capabilities.
Translate business challenges and AI strategy into clear product outcomes, user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery priorities.
Prioritise AI initiatives based on business value, strategic alignment, risk, feasibility, data readiness, user impact, cost and potential for reuse.
Provide day-to-day product leadership to the AI Product Team, ensuring delivery remains focused on agreed priorities and measurable outcomes.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, shape demand and identify where AI can deliver meaningful value.
Partner with architecture, data, security, risk, compliance and legal teams to ensure AI products meet appropriate governance and responsible AI requirements.
Help define reusable AI product patterns, service standards, release approaches and lifecycle controls.
Track the success of AI products through adoption, reliability, user experience, cost efficiency, service quality and value realised.
Identify opportunities to consolidate overlapping AI initiatives into common enterprise capabilities.
Produce clear roadmap updates, prioritisation recommendations and decision materials for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
Work with strategic technology partners and suppliers supporting AI platforms, product delivery and managed services.

    You will ideally have

We are looking for someone who can combine strong product ownership skills with an understanding of enterprise AI. You do not necessarily need to be an AI engineer, but you should be comfortable working with technical teams and translating complex AI opportunities into products that deliver genuine business value.

    Ideally, you will bring:

Strong experience in product ownership, product management, digital transformation, AI adoption, technology delivery or enterprise platform enablement.
Proven experience owning product roadmaps, backlogs, priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Experience translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, product outcomes and measurable success indicators.
A good working knowledge of generative and agentic AI and technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, AI agents and RAG-based solutions.
An understanding of responsible AI, information security, data protection, governance and compliance considerations.
Experience prioritising competing demands based on business value, risk, feasibility, cost and available delivery capacity.
Experience working with cross-functional teams spanning business, technology, data, architecture, security, risk and operations.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to create clarity around complex topics.
Experience working within Agile, DevOps or product-led delivery environments.
Experience within an AI Centre of Excellence, enterprise architecture, innovation or digital transformation environment would be particularly beneficial, as would experience taking AI or emerging technology solutions from experimentation through to scalable enterprise services.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not essential, and additional training in product ownership, responsible AI, AI governance and value realisation can be provided where appropriate.
