Concrete finishers

Link-Force Ltd is currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers for a long-term contract based in Oxfordshire, England. The successful candidate will be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces to a high standard, ensuring smooth, level, and durable finishes in accordance with project specifications. This role requires precision and attention to detail alongside adherence to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment on-site. Candidates should be prepared to work as part of a team to meet project deadlines and deliver quality workmanship throughout the duration of the contract.

Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher on construction sites.

Valid CSCS card is mandatory.

Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to be worn at all times.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions.

Good understanding of health and safety regulations related to concrete work.

Reliability and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
