Mechanical Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager for a commercial project in Watford, offering long-term work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all mechanical site activities.

*

Coordinate subcontractors and site teams.

*

Ensure mechanical installations are completed to programme and specification.

*

Monitor progress, quality and health and safety compliance.

*

Liaise with project managers, consultants and other trades.

*

Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial projects.

*

Strong background in mechanical building services.

*

Relevant trade qualifications in mechanical services.

*

Valid CSCS card.

*

SMSTS or SSSTS certification.

*

First Aid qualification preferred.

*

Good understanding of health and safety regulations.

*

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

*

Right to work in the UK
