Site Manager (RC Frame)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong reinforced concrete (RC) frame background to join an established contractor/developer on a long-term freelance basis. The successful candidate will oversee RC frame construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day RC frame operations, including formwork, reinforcement and concrete pours.

*

Coordinate subcontractors, labour and site resources to maintain programme targets.

*

Oversee structural works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.

*

Monitor health & safety, RAMS, temporary works and site inspections.

*

Liaise with engineers, project managers and commercial teams to resolve technical and operational issues.

*

Ensure works are completed efficiently and to programme.

Requirements

*

Proven Site Manager experience specialising in RC frame construction.

*

Strong technical understanding of reinforced concrete structures, formwork systems and concrete operations.

*

Experience delivering large-scale residential or commercial RC frame projects.

*

Excellent subcontractor management, coordination and leadership skills.

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

*

Good understanding of temporary works and structural sequencing
