Think FE is working with a college in Northamptonshire to recruit a Business Lecturer. This is an opportunity to teach across Further and Higher Education, including T Levels, helping students connect business theory with practical examples.
You’ll bring your subject knowledge into the classroom, supporting learners to develop their understanding of business and prepare for further study or employment.
The role
Plan and deliver engaging Business lessons across FE and HE programmes.
Develop teaching resources that connect learning with current business practice.
Assess students’ work and provide clear, constructive feedback.
Support learners with different abilities and learning needs.
Work with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. About you
You’ll hold a degree, HNC or equivalent vocational experience in a relevant discipline, such as Business, Business Management, Business Analytics or Business Marketing.
Applications are particularly welcome from experienced Business Lecturers with a teaching qualification. Strong subject knowledge, clear communication and a commitment to helping students progress are essential.
What’s on offer
Salary of £34,500–£41,500 per annum.
