Our client, a franchised main dealership, in Watford has the requirement for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead their established and high performing Service and Workshop teams.

Responsibilities

As an Aftersales Manager your responsibilities will include:

* Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team

* Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.

* Departmental profitability

* Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets

* Controlling expenses

* Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation

* Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation

* Installing, and maintaining processes

* Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience

* Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years’ Aftersales Manager / Service Manager experience in a large franchised dealership environment

* Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

* Kerridge
