How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Coordinate the issue, review and approval of technical documentation across large MEP packages.

Maintain document registers, drawing schedules and revision histories.

Ensure project teams are working from the latest approved drawings and documentation.

Monitor document workflows, outstanding submissions and approval deadlines.

Liaise with engineers, project managers, subcontractors and wider project teams to ensure effective information flow.

Support the smooth delivery of large-scale MEP packages through effective document management.

    About You

    The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working as a Document Controller within the MEP, Building Services or wider construction sector.

Proven experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Experience managing documentation for large-scale MEP packages or complex construction projects.

A strong understanding of technical drawings, revisions, document registers and approval processes.

Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

The ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise with multiple project stakeholders.

    What’s on Offer

Hybrid working arrangement based in London.

The opportunity to work on large-scale MEP packages.

A collaborative and technically focused project environment.

The chance to contribute to the successful delivery of complex building services projects.

    Interested

If you have MEP Document Control experience, are confident using ACC and have worked on large-scale packages, we would love to hear from you.
