How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Field Engineering Apprenticeship

    Location: UK North

If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and learning how equipment works, our Field Engineering Apprenticeship Programme could be the perfect place to start your career. You'll earn while you learn, gaining practical experience alongside experienced Technical Representatives while working towards a recognised engineering qualification.

No previous engineering experience is required. We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, take pride in delivering great customer service, and are eager to develop their technical skills in a field-based engineering role.

Our 2027 apprenticeship programme is open and waiting for your application!

At CCEP, we're committed to attracting new talent into our business and developing the next generation of engineers. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences and believe that diverse perspectives make us stronger.

In return, you'll join a business that invests heavily in training, development, and career progression, providing you with the skills and support needed to build a successful engineering career.

Our Field Engineering apprenticeship programme offers:

A structured apprenticeship programme combining practical field-based learning with formal technical training.

An opportunity to work alongside experienced Technical Representatives supporting some of the world's most recognisable brands.

80% on-the-job learning in the field and 20% classroom-based study through our education partner, Wolverhampton College.

College learning delivered in block-release format, with accommodation costs fully funded by CCEP where overnight stays are required.

Progressive development, with opportunities to begin attending planned maintenance and customer breakdown calls independently as your skills and confidence grow.

A starting salary of £27,492, plus a company van, iPhone, annual salary reviews, and access to our employee share scheme.

Excellent benefits including up to 12% company pension contribution, private medical insurance, five weeks' annual leave plus bank holidays, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits.

The opportunity to build a long-term career within a world-class organisation that values inclusion, wellbeing, and continuous development.

    What you’ll be doing:

Based from home, you'll join one of our regional engineering teams supporting customers across your territory. Our Technical Representatives maintain more than 150,000 vending, cooling, and dispense equipment assets across over 110,000 customer locations throughout Great Britain.

As an apprentice, you'll learn how to:

Install, maintain, and repair dispense, cooling, and vending equipment.

Diagnose faults and resolve equipment breakdowns.

Carry out planned maintenance and equipment health checks.

Deliver excellent customer service while representing CCEP professionally.

Work safely at all times, maintaining a zero-accident mindset.

Develop your technical knowledge and successfully complete your apprenticeship qualification.

Follow agreed ways of working and contribute to team performance objectives.

    What we expect from you:

We expect you to have at least GCSE grade 4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English. We welcome applicants who may have faced barriers to education or have disabilities; please let us know if you require adjustments to meet these criteria.

    A full UK driving licence.

Eligibility to work in the UK.

A practical, hands-on approach and an interest in learning how things work.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

The ability to work independently while also being part of a wider team.

Commitment to completing the apprenticeship programme and developing a career in engineering.

    Please note:

Candidates who successfully progress through the recruitment process will be invited to attend an assessment centre in late February 2027.

This role involves regular travel throughout your assigned territory and occasional overnight stays to attend college-based learning modules.

We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), with 39,000 people serving 4 million customers across 31 markets. We combine the scale of a large multinational business with expert local knowledge of the customers and communities we serve, investing, employing, manufacturing and distributing locally.

We are committed to an inclusive workplace where everyone can be themselves, feel respected and thrive. This commitment is reflected in our recognition as a Top Employer by the Top Employers Institute and as a Disability Confident Leader. If you need any adjustments or support during the recruitment process, please let us know when you apply so we can support you to perform at your best.
