The Opportunity
Joshua Robert is working with a leading national real estate business to recruit an experienced Land Referencer.
This is a great opportunity to step into a more senior role, take ownership of interesting projects and work with high-profile clients across major infrastructure, energy and development schemes.
You’ll join a well-established team with a strong project pipeline, flexible working and genuine scope to progress. The role offers plenty of variety, client exposure and the opportunity to develop towards more senior and project-leading responsibilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver land referencing work across major infrastructure and development projects.
Research and verify land ownership, occupation and other interests.
Prepare Books of Reference, land plans and project schedules.
Manage landowner enquiries and Requests for Information.
Maintain accurate property and project data.
Work closely with surveyors, solicitors, project managers and clients.
Support statutory processes, notices and site visits where required.
Take ownership of your own projects and contribute to the wider team. About You
We’re interested in speaking with people who have experience in land referencing, land registration, property research or a similar land-focused role.
You don’t need to tick every box. If you have a good understanding of land ownership, can work confidently with property information and are looking to take on more responsibility, we’d be keen to hear from you.
Experience with HM Land Registry, GIS, CPOs or DCOs would be useful, but isn’t essential across every area.
Why Join?
Work with high-profile clients on major UK projects.
Clear progression into more senior and project-leading roles.
Flexible working and a supportive team culture.
Strong pipeline of varied and interesting work.
Greater autonomy and ownership over your projects.
