What You’ll Do:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the primary school curriculum.
Teach across relevant year groups, from Early Years and Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2, depending on your experience.
Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
Adapt to different school environments, classroom routines and teaching requirements.
Maintain a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and encourage pupils to participate in learning.
Support pupils' academic progress, confidence and wellbeing.
Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience.
The ideal candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate recognised teaching qualification for the role.
Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A flexible, reliable and proactive approach to working across different school environments.
A passion for primary education and a commitment to helping children achieve their full potential.
