As a Solar PV Improver, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting experienced electricians with Solar PV and Battery Storage installations across domestic, commercial and agricultural projects
* Supporting the installation of Tesla, Sigenergy, Fox and other advanced battery storage systems
* Carrying out electrical installation works, cable runs, containment and associated installation tasks under supervision
* Working alongside experienced installers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

The successful Solar PV Improver should have:
* Previous electrical installation experience as an Electrical Improver, Electrician's Mate or Solar PV Installer
* A good understanding of electrical installations, with Solar PV or Battery Storage experience advantageous
* Relevant qualifications, with a willingness to complete additional Solar PV and Battery Storage courses
* A strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine ambition to develop into a fully qualified Solar Electrician or Lead Installer
