Are you a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Health and Social Care looking for your next opportunity? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a secondary school in Sefton that requires a committed teacher to cover a maternity leave from Easter 2027 until February 2028.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher with a strong subject knowledge of Health and Social Care to join a supportive secondary school and inspire students to achieve their full potential.

The Role:

Teaching Health and Social Care across the relevant secondary key stages.
Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.
Preparing students for assessments and supporting their academic progress.
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitoring student progress and maintaining high standards of behaviour.The Ideal Candidate:

Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Has experience teaching Health and Social Care at secondary level.
Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management.
Can plan engaging lessons that meet the needs of learners of different abilities.
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
