Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an QHSE Advisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an QHSE Advisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The QHSE Advisor will be responsible for:
* Provide practical and professional QHSE advice and support.
* Conduct audits, inspections and investigations.
* Support compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
* Analyse trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Promote positive behaviours and a proactive safety culture.
* Support operational teams in managing risk and implementing effective controls.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of management systems and assurance activities.
To be successful for this QHSE Advisor role you must have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a QHSE Advisor role, or
* At least 3 years' experience within a high-hazard, highly regulated or safety-critical environment.
* A proven record of delivering QHSE improvements and supporting operational performance.
* Strong knowledge of quality, health, safety and environmental management systems.
* Experience conducting audits, inspections, incident investigations and assurance activities.
* The ability to build positive working relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong communication, engagement and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to work independently while remaining an effective member of a wider team.
