About the Role:
We're looking for an ambitious, German-speaking Trainee Delivery Consultant to join Rise Technical Recruitment and build a long-term career in recruitment.
This is a relationship-focused role where You'll work with established clients across Germany, helping them find the right talent for their teams. By building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, you'll play a key role in delivering successful placements and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

The Role You'll Play:
As a Trainee Delivery Consultant, you'll specialise in your own recruitment market, working closely with established clients and candidates across Germany.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining client relationships: Working with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and develop strong, long-term partnerships.
Candidate sourcing: Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates across Germany and the wider European market.
Interviewing and assessing candidates: Understanding candidates' experience, motivations and career aspirations to match them with suitable opportunities.
Managing the recruitment process: Coordinating interviews, providing feedback and keeping both clients and candidates informed throughout.
Negotiating offers and securing placements: Supporting both parties through the offer stage to achieve successful outcomes.
Developing market expertise: Becoming a specialist in your sector and building your knowledge of the German recruitment market.
What We're Looking For:
Fluent in German, with strong English communication skills.
Highly motivated, organised and goal-oriented.
Confident building relationships and communicating with different people.
Resilient, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about self-development and career progression.
Interested in building a long-term career, with opportunities to progress into senior or leadership roles.
