What You Will Do:

- Process customer orders accurately, ensuring alignment with stock levels, pricing, and delivery schedules.

- Raise and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and supplies, while liaising with suppliers to confirm pricing and delivery details.

- Schedule collections and deliveries with logistics providers, preparing necessary documentation such as packing lists and shipping notes.

- Create and maintain product records in ERP or inventory systems, ensuring accurate data entry for specifications, pricing, and categorisation.

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to operations and supply chain teams, maintaining organised records and assisting with process improvements.

What You Will Bring:

- Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or logistics support role, preferably within manufacturing or distribution.

- Familiarity with supply chain processes and systems, including order management and transport coordination.

- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Sage.
