What You Will Do:

Drive new B2B client acquisition across the luxury packaging market, targeting premium electronics, beauty, fragrance, fine spirits, and premium retail.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, ensuring consistent progress towards sales targets and KPIs.

Lead consultative discovery to understand client needs, then craft tailored packaging solutions that balance design, functionality, and eco-conscious materials.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted face of the Business Development Manager function.

Collaborate with internal design, production, and sustainability teams to deliver end-to-end client outcomes, from first conversation to final solution.

Represent the Business Development Manager brand at networking events and trade shows, including travel as required, to strengthen connections and spot new opportunities.

What You Will Bring:

5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling high-value consultative bespoke solutions within luxury, premium products, packaging, or manufacturing sector.

Proven ability to secure business with senior stakeholders and to build confidence through tailored presentations and negotiations.

Strong commercial awareness, including comfort around sustainability trends in packaging and materials.

A natural self-starter mindset with an organised approach to pipeline management using CRM tools.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for premium design, innovation, and client-centred outcomes.
