How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Opportunity

As BIM Manager, you will take ownership of BIM processes across multiple live projects, helping to drive collaboration between design teams and site operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring models are coordinated, accurately maintained, and utilised effectively to improve project outcomes from concept through to handover.

Working across both office and project environments, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing digital delivery standards and supporting the continued growth of BIM capabilities throughout the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    -        Oversee BIM delivery and coordination across multiple projects simultaneously.

    -        Manage federated models and ensure seamless integration between all disciplines.

    -        Lead clash detection exercises and coordinate the resolution of design and installation issues.

    -        Ensure BIM requirements are implemented effectively throughout design, construction, commissioning, and handover stages.

    -        Maintain high standards of model quality, accuracy, and data integrity.

    -        Support and develop BIM procedures, standards, and workflows across the business.

    -        Ensure project teams adhere to BIM Execution Plans and company digital delivery requirements.

    -        Promote best practice use of Autodesk Construction Cloud and Common Data Environments.

    -        Work closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to drive efficient project delivery.

    -        Facilitate coordination meetings and provide technical BIM support where required.

    -        Assist with digital handover documentation and asset information requirements.

    -        Encourage the adoption of innovative construction technologies, including offsite manufacturing and DfMA solutions.

    -        Identify opportunities to improve coordination, productivity, and project performance through digital tools and processes.

    About You

    Essential:

    -        Demonstrable experience in a BIM Management or Senior BIM Coordination position within the construction or MEP sector.

    -        Experience delivering Stage 5 projects for Tier 1 contractors or major MEP contractors.

    -        Strong understanding of BIM methodologies across design, coordination, construction, and handover.

    -        Proven track record coordinating multidisciplinary project teams on complex schemes.

    Advanced knowledge of:

    -        Revit

    -        Fabrication Parts

    -        Navisworks

    -        Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

    -        Common Data Environments (CDEs)

    -        Strong understanding of buildability, installation sequencing, design coordination, and CDM requirements.

    Desirable:

    -        Experience working on large-scale healthcare or technically demanding MEP projects.

    -        Knowledge of ISO 19650 and associated BIM standards.

    -        Exposure to modular construction, prefabrication, or offsite manufacturing environments.

    -        Relevant qualification in BIM, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.

    What's on Offer?

    -        40+ Days Holiday

    -        Bonus Scheme

    -        Private Medical Cover

    -        Hybrid Working Arrangements

    -        Pension Scheme

    -        Early Finish Fridays

    -        Health & Wellbeing Initiatives

    -        Ongoing Professional Development

    -        Long-Term Career Progression Opportunities

This role would suit an ambitious BIM professional looking to join a business where digital construction is fully embraced and where they can have a genuine influence on project delivery, innovation, and future BIM strategy
