How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is a fantastic role for a project manager who enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, operations, and supply chain, acting as the focal point for production activities and ensuring new products are launched efficiently, reliably, and at scale. The role is part of a multi site programme, working alongside teams in the USA and Israel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Lead project management activities for new product introduction, product transitions, production readiness, and ongoing product lifecycle projects

    * Represent Operations within project teams, ensuring manufacturing, supply chain, quality, regulatory, and engineering requirements are captured, aligned, and implemented

    * Build and manage project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalation

    * Lead matrix teams across local and global interfaces, driving alignment, accountability, and timely execution

    * Support contract manufacturing activities, including the set up or transfer of production lines at CMOs and OEMs

    * Act as the main interface for contract manufacturers, subcontractors, and suppliers on engineering data transfer, documentation, and implementation

    * Maintain accurate product documentation, including part numbers, BOMs, revisions, work instructions, and production processes

    * Coordinate engineering change processes (ECR, ECO, CCB, MCO, and EOL) from initiation through to full implementation

    * Maintain engineering and operational data in PLM and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance

    * Report on project status, risks, issues, and decisions to project teams and senior leadership

    Skills & Experience Required:

    * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline

    * At least 10 years of experience in an Engineering or Operations environment, including project management and NPI

    * Proven background taking multidisciplinary products from development into production

    * Strong project management capability, including planning, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder management

    * Solid understanding of NPI processes, production readiness, supply chain planning, sourcing, and supplier quality

    * Experience working with contract manufacturers, subcontractors, or third party production environments (a significant advantage)

    * Strong knowledge of BOM and revision management, engineering change processes, and lifecycle management

    * Experience with PLM and ERP systems (Siemens Teamcenter is an advantage)

    * High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

    * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority in a matrix environment

    * Willingness to travel for supplier, CMO, or project activities, up to 3 to 4 times a year for a maximum of 2 weeks
