The Role
* Leading classes during teacher absences across a variety of subjects
* Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring learning remains on track
* Managing behaviour effectively and maintaining a calm, productive learning environment
* Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Supporting students to remain engaged and focused throughout lessons
* Working within a supportive school environment where strong behaviour management is essential
We're Looking For People Who
* Have experience working with children or young people, particularly in challenging environments
* Possess excellent behaviour management and de-escalation skills
* Are confident leading groups and maintaining classroom control
* Can remain calm, professional and resilient under pressure
* Are adaptable, proactive and able to think on their feet
* Have a genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential
