How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

I'm working with an established organisation looking for a Business Applications Manager to take full ownership of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and help shape the future of its business applications.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining functional D365 expertise, product ownership and genuine stakeholder engagement.

We're not looking for a developer or someone who simply manages tickets. We need someone who can take ownership, drive improvements and, most importantly, bring people along on the journey.

    The Role:

Take full ownership of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, managing the product roadmap, enhancements and ongoing development.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements and deliver meaningful improvements.

Drive user adoption, helping operational teams understand the value of new functionality and ways of working.

Manage and optimise the wider applications portfolio, including Power Pages and Customer Voice.

Support the future introduction of Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Work with external technology partners to deliver system enhancements and integrations.

Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and better customer experiences.

    What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years' experience owning business applications, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365.

    Strong functional knowledge of D365

Experience managing product roadmaps, requirements and system improvements.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

A proactive, personable individual who can build relationships, influence users and champion change.

Someone comfortable taking ownership and working across both business and technology teams.

The person is just as important as the technical skills.

We're looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm and the confidence to engage busy operational teams, challenge existing processes and make technology work better for the people using it
