Motor Trade Service Advisor
Location: Bramley area
Salary: £35,000–£37,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm (8:00am–5:00pm during training)
Holidays: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Are you an experienced parts professional or someone with a strong mechanical background looking for your next career move?
We’re working on behalf of an independent garage in the Bramley area that is looking to recruit a knowledgeable, organised and customer-focused Service Advisor to join its team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the motor trade, has a good eye for detail and enjoys a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, parts sourcing and service administration.
The Role
Working within a busy independent garage, your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming customers and dealing with enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email.
* Ordering and sourcing vehicle parts through dealerships, TPS and other suppliers.
* Raising invoices and handling general service administration.
* Following up with customers to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
* Liaising with suppliers and the workshop to help keep day-to-day operations running efficiently.
* Providing a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service to customers.
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
* Previous experience in a parts, service advisor or similar motor trade role.
* Good knowledge of vehicle parts and the ability to identify and source the correct components.
* Experience using dealerships, TPS and other parts suppliers.
* Alternatively, a strong mechanical background with a good understanding of vehicle components.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A well-organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently.
Previous experience working in a parts department would be particularly advantageous, although candidates with relevant mechanical knowledge will also be considered.
