*
Monitoring children's individual learning, development and wellbeing
*
Acting as a key person and maintaining positive relationships with children and their families
*
Completing observations and assessments to support children's progress
*
Supporting colleagues through mentoring, guidance and professional development
*

*
Assisting with the smooth running of the wider nursery and taking on additional leadership responsibilities when required
*
Working closely with the management team to support continuous improvement across the setting
The successful candidate will ideally hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent and have strong experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting. Previous experience as a Room Leader, Senior Practitioner or Third in Charge would be particularly beneficial.
