How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

With a focus on quality, design and customer experience, the business works closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that support the way people work.
    Operating across multiple routes to market, the company combines commercial expertise with a strong appreciation for design, service and the evolving needs of modern workplaces. Collaboration is central to its approach, bringing together different teams and specialist partners to deliver tailored solutions and build lasting client relationships.
    As the business continues to develop its market presence, marketing plays an important role in strengthening brand awareness, engaging target audiences and supporting wider commercial growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where you can contribute to a broad range of marketing initiatives and see the tangible impact of your work.

    Role Overview:
    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Executive to take ownership of a varied range of marketing activities across digital, content, campaigns, brand and events.
    This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to make a real impact, working closely with Business Development, Design and Operations teams, alongside external agencies and specialist partners. You will play a key part in delivering engaging marketing campaigns, maintaining digital platforms and supporting initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen customer engagement.
    From managing email campaigns and website content to coordinating events and supporting targeted marketing initiatives, you will have the autonomy to manage day-to-day activity, bring ideas to the table and ensure marketing projects are delivered to a high standard.

    Key Responsibilities:
    * Plan, coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media and other relevant channels.
    * Manage day-to-day activity within HubSpot, including email marketing, landing pages, contact data and campaign administration.
    * Maintain and update website content, ensuring information is accurate, engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.
    * Create and coordinate compelling content for social media, email communications and wider marketing initiatives.
    * Organise and deliver external events, managing everything from planning and invitations through to on-the-day coordination and post-event follow-up.
    * Support targeted account-based marketing activity across the business's three routes to market.
    * Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activity aligns with wider business objectives.

    About You:
    * Experience in a marketing role, with exposure to digital marketing, campaigns, content or events.
    * Confident using marketing platforms and CRM systems, ideally with experience of HubSpot.
    * Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging and professional marketing content.
    * Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work to agreed deadlines.
    * A proactive, self-motivated approach, comfortable taking ownership of tasks and working independently.
    * Commercially aware, with an understanding of how marketing activity can support business development and wider company objectives.

    What's in it for you?
    * Ownership and autonomy
    * Commercial exposure
    * Opportunity to contribute ideas
    * Collaborative environment
