How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Monitor Supply Chain Compliance Procedures (SCCP), ensuring compliance obligations are met across global markets.
Support the delivery and reporting of annual compliance training programmes and global completion metrics.
Maintain accurate records and seizure-related information in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
Build effective working relationships with internal teams, external agencies, consultants, market research providers and law enforcement bodies.
Provide support for internal and external training activities.
Assist with customs procedures, exhibit handling, stock management, document retention and wider compliance activities.

    Essential

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience in forensic analysis, material identification, packaging assessment, data processing, exhibit handling, compliance, audit or stock control environments.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
Experience working within process-driven, regulated or quality-focused environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and database systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
Professional approach when dealing with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive, inquisitive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Forensic Science, Materials Science, Packaging Technology, Data Analysis, Quality Management or a related discipline.
Candidates with equivalent practical experience in forensic investigation, compliance, audit, market research, stock control or exhibit handling will also be considered.
