Powder Coater – Stone, Staffordshire
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Stone, Staffordshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for powder coating metal pipes and tubular components, ensuring a high-quality finish while maintaining production targets and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Applying powder coatings to metal pipes and components.
* Preparing surfaces for coating, including cleaning and inspecting materials.
* Operating powder coating equipment and spray guns.
* Ensuring an even, consistent and high-quality finish.
* Inspecting finished products for defects and quality issues.
* Following health and safety procedures at all times.
* Working efficiently to meet daily production targets.
* Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in powder coating or industrial paint spraying is preferred.
* Experience working with metal pipes or tubular components would be advantageous.
* Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Reliable, hardworking and a good team player.
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
Working Hours:
* Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
* Monday to Friday.
