The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes during teacher absences
Deliver pre-set lessons and learning activities
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Keep students engaged and focused on their work
Support a positive learning environment

Strong classroom presence and behaviour management ability
Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
