* Experience as a Solicitor in the UK with around 3 years PQE
* Domestic and international arbitration
* Contractual disputes
* Company disputes
* Cross border disputes
* Partnership disputes
* Property related disputes
* Business Partnership disputes
* Civil fraud and asset tracing matters
* High court litigation matters
Qualifications for this Commercial Litigation Solicitor vacancy:
* Senior Solicitor - admitted in England & Wales with around 3 years PQE
* Strong advocacy experience
* Good negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Business development experience
