Machine Operatives Weekends

Weekend Days or Nights Available ⏰ 3 x 12-Hour Shifts per Week
Right Hire Recruitment is looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing and engineering environment.
We have opportunities available on both weekend day shifts and weekend night shifts, offering a great opportunity for people looking for a hands-on role working with a variety of machinery.
If you have manufacturing experience, enjoy practical work and can follow instructions and procedures, we want to hear from you!
THE ROLE
* Operate a variety of manufacturing machinery, ranging from presses to CNC machinery.
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure safe and efficient production.
* Monitor machinery and ensure products meet the required quality standards.
* Carry out basic quality checks on finished components.
* Identify and report any issues with machinery or products.
* Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
* Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
* Follow all health and safety procedures.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Previous manufacturing or production experience would be beneficial.
* Experience operating machinery is an advantage.
* Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
* Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* A reliable, hardworking attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
