About the Role:
As a Part-Time Host, you will be at the forefront of creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:
Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm smile
Assisting visitors with inquiries and providing information about services
Coordinating activities and ensuring smooth operations during the morning shift
Maintaining a clean and organised environment
Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall guest experience
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service
Engage with guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
Handle administrative tasks as required, including managing bookings and schedules
Support event logistics and assist with set-up and take-down as necessary
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all guests and colleagues
