How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    *

Provide residents with information relating to planned energy efficiency improvements and project timelines.

Liaise with Site Managers, Project Teams and client representatives to ensure resident needs are addressed promptly.

    *

Manage resident enquiries, concerns and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.

    *

Maintain accurate records of resident contact, access arrangements, vulnerabilities, complaints and feedback.

    *

Produce and distribute resident communications including letters, newsletters and programme updates.

    *

Attend resident meetings, community engagement events and pre-start consultations where required.

    *

Identify and help overcome barriers to access or communication that may impact project delivery.

    *

Support the achievement of customer satisfaction targets and project KPIs through excellent resident engagement.

    About You

    *

Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer or Customer Liaison Officer within social housing, planned maintenance, retrofit, refurbishment or construction environments.

    *

Experience working on occupied properties and customer-focused projects.

    *

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and confidence with residents.

    *

Strong customer service, complaint handling and conflict resolution skills.

    *

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a dispersed geographical area.

    *

Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.

    *

    Professional, empathetic and customer-focused approach.
